Add gram flour, rice flour, water and make a thick batter. Dip the cheese cubes and coat well with the prepared batter. Heat oil. Deep fry the pakoras in oil till brown and crisp. Remove on absorbent paper and drain off the excess oil. Serve hot with green chutney. Orange Chocolate Cake: Ingredients: Thick yogurt ½ cup Caster sugar 1 ¼ cups Flour 1 ⅓ cup Almonds ground 1 cup Baking powder ½ tsp Eggs 4 Oil 4 tsp Chocolate spread 2 tsp Orange zest and juice ½ orange Method: Mix the yoghurt, sugar, flour, ground almonds, baking powder, eggs and oil until pale and smooth. Transfer 1/3 of the batter in a smaller bowl and mix with the chocolate spread. Add the zest and the juice to the batter in large bowl. In a greased loaf tin, pour the orange batter and the chocolate batter in layers. Bake at 200 degrees C for 60 minutes or until done. Allow to cool completely before serving.'
